The latest information I have is that the Vulcan will fly from the UK, display then fly back again, it won't be landing.

One thing you need to remember is that the IAA are running this show, and they're the guys who make the rules... I'm sure whatever needs to be put in place will indeed be put in place.

Problem is, I think caution should be exercised as none have been confirmed as participants. It says at the top "We are delighted to confirm* that the following aircraft have all been invited to participate at FlightFest"
