The DF Archives have begun to post to Flickr images on which they are looking for additional infomation from the public in relation to people, place and equipment depicted. There is little enough aviation content as yet but aircraft do feature in some of the photos, particularly those covering the Irish UN Congo mission. It is probably worth keeping an eye on.

This looks like the start of an initiative that could take off! The DF has a long and illustrious record that has included aircraft both at home and abroad - hopefully some of the old Murphy colour photographs from Baldonnel, Fermoy and God knows where else will surface on this site - they will blend well with the modern UN missions as well as the current fleet of the IAC. Looking forward to seeing this site blossom! :applause: :applause:
