Title: Air Viking B720
Post by: EIN6914 on November 06, 2009, 10:00:09 pm
I remember sitting on the gatepost on the west side of the ol R24 when a lad in the 70's and an Air Viking B720 came in; never seen any pics of the color scheme on any websites and it was unusual; a blue tail with a star lattice pattern.
It went on to be painted in Eagle Air colors.
Anyone know where there might be a pic of this?

PS ta to the man in the ice cream van who gave me a freebie one day, whoever you were...:-)

I never saw the aircraft you mention (no Internet or mobile phones!) but I think this must be it:
