Irish Air Corps / ex IAC fouga in austria
« on: July 25, 2005, 07:37:40 am »
It a pitty we are letting all of these ex air corps a/c go out of our hands, from what i can remember when the fouga's were finished some instruments were removed and other parts, they were left uncovered and dust, dirt and moisture damage took it toll on them, pitty really the air corps should take a leaf from other air forces around the world who have pride in there history. Comments taken, but with that side of the city so big and also people travelling up the n7,a second airport would ease up a lot of traffic at dublin, and baldonnel would gain from the expansion with better infastructure and aerodrome.

With the large aerodrome that is Baldonnel, with Dublin Airport not able to cope, will there be a day that Baldonnel will be a second Airport for Dublin, look at other major cities? Will it work, with the new roads and infastructure around the Don i  think it is not far away?
