Despite your apparent belief that "Beaver" has not been used before, De Havilland Canada got there fifty or so years ago when they used this name for their classic bush-plane, which has seen worldwide military and civilian use.

HA HA! 'Beaver'...'bush'... sorry, so immature! but thats what people will think! '<img'>
I like shitehawk personally...

ok some serious ideas, from a quick search on google:
there is a creature in celtic mythology called Airitech, that's fairly appropriate!
Or 'Scathach', pronounced Skee-ach.a god of war training apparently, taught Cu Chulainn how to kick @rse,so well suited to operations with the ARW.
What yez think?

hey guys, anyone applying this year get through?!
as i said in a previous post i'm applyin next year for the 1st time, but worried about failing the eye test, anyone have any trouble there?
also,i've been wondering about laser surgery,it says in the conditions that applicants who have had previous incisional or laser eye surgery are excluded from eligibility, wonder why that is? i mean if its good enough for US special forces why not my beloved corps?!
best of luck to all you applicants!and keep up the good work frank! '<img'>

greetings all,a newbie here!!
i'm planning on applying for the cadetships next year, but i have a question.i recently got an eye test done and, alas, didn't meet the 6/9 standard(i'm 6/12 in one eye and 6/18 in the other).
i'm really disappointed by this and i'm wondering is there any "flexibility" in this requirement?
don't want to sound cocky but i think i meet every other requirement pretty well,i've been working on building up my fitness, relevant experience etc.
anybody know if i'm stil in with a chance?
cheers.
p.s great site frank,i've been a long time lurker!
