Where has Irish Marine Gone?

Any word on Irish Marine. Really miss his useful and insightful coments.  The IAC needs more people like him!

I am back!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have being busy for the last year finishing off my degree!!!!!! Went to New York last November to the United Nations-Saw some great pics of the Irish Defence forces on the walls. I am sad that the Government is cutting the Air Corps out of search and rescue's-They do such a great job, and it would be a sad day in Ireland if the Air Corps got totally cut out of these operations!!!!!!!!!!!! I spent many a day watching the A' three's flying over and of course the Daulphines!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who rembembers Air Spec 86 and Air Spec 87!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hmmm-Pat Kenny certainly had a great time flying in the Fouga's in Air Spec 86, and RTE even did a special in January 87-Hosted by Pat Kenny, during his today tonight days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I hope you are all keeping well on this board!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great to hear from you again Irish Marine. Hope the degree went well. I don't think its all bad news following the SAR decision....new troop carrying helies promised replacing ithe A3s and Dauphins! Second MATS jet delivered and the PC-9Ms due shortly......
