Irish Air Corps Pilots have been training on these aircraft since they were handed over to the Air Corps some time ago.

They will be flown in by irish pilots, as has always been the case in the past, though in some cases the Company's test pilot has accompanied them in an observer capacity.

IMO the roundel should be moved aft behind the door and placed on the main fuselage of the helicopter... having it on the door looks gammy

Hello,

Both EC-135's refueled this morning at Koksijde (Belgian coast) on the way to Ireland. They left Koksijde at 11h30lt.

Some photographs can be found at our website in the movements section.

Strange that only 270 had floatation gear, perhaps the guys in 271 are good swimmers 'yikes'
High vis national markings and low vis number a bit of a contradiction, does'nt make sense 'banghead'

Well theyre primarily a training helicopter so a bit of high viz will do no harm, plus anything that states "hey i'm an irish helicopter" is good
