Quest Kodiak Aircraft Would Be Used To Establish The Service Indian carrier SpiceJet is reportedly looking at adding seaplane/amphibious operations to its portfolio through a deal with Japan’s Setouchi Holdings, the owner of Idaho-based Quest Aircraft which manufactures Kodiak airplanes.
