Shops In Van Nuys And Scottsdale Authorized By DGAC Two additional Duncan Aviation satellite avionics shops recently received certification from Mexico’s Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), which is the civil aviation authority for Mexico. This will allow the Duncan Aviation shops in Van Nuys, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, to expand their avionics services for customers with aircraft based in Mexico.
