Large Picture Comments: Delivered to Bulgaria from Germany in the summer of 1943 as part of a batch of 12 aircraft the Ar 196 was used for reconnaissance over the Black Sea & were based at Varna - Chaika. They were built in 1937 & overhauled in Ribnitz before delivery to the Navy.
